Doortech Composite Doors Secured by Design

DP Plastics Ltd, have acquired a major shareholding in Herefordshire based
Doortech Ltd, manufacturer and supplier of composite doors to local authorities,
housing associations and trade fabricators.

Nick Lake, Communications Manager, DP Plastics said, "This acquisition fits
nicely into our expansion programme. Over the past year or so we have invested
heavily, increasing our production capacity, in new products, new machinery,
the latest network technology, new and larger distribution depots, navigation a
nd tracking systems and a great deal more.

"We now have seven new sales people in place, one working from each of the
five regional distribution depots and two working from our London headquarters.
This is a new departure for us and marks us turning the corner from a pure
‘sales’ operation in to a more customer and service focused company.
